The Galveston Flip

I’ve always wanted to design a beach house, so the second I saw this fully gutted shell in Galveston, I knew it was meant to be. This was a project I took on with my dad, and together we brought it back to life. And let me tell you, it came out so, so cute. Unfortunately, the market took a turn before we were able to list, so it wasn’t the quick sell we had hoped for, and there were definitely plenty of lessons learned along the way. But even with all the ups and downs, I still love this flip and absolutely love the way it turned out.

A few of my favorite rooms before and after!

Some of my favorite finishing touches include these photos I took myself, in Galveston! I probably need to start selling prints because I loved the way these turned out.

Of course shopping for the little things was one of my favorite parts.

Pauls Antiques in Paige, TX was a gold mine. I found the vintage rods, the oar for the address, and all the old lures there. I can’t recommend it enough if you ever on the hunt for true antiques in bulk! Paul had everything!
