Hunter Creek Ct was a custom build that my dad and I completely subcontracted out on our own from start to finish. It was the cutest little house sitting on an acre, but if you know me, you know staying in one place for too long makes me restless. So eventually, I listed it and sold it for $1.4 million. Oh, did I mention I’m a real estate agent? Having that license definitely saved me quite a bit of money!

The funny thing about design is that even after building an entire house from the ground up, I remember walking through it and thinking about all the things I would’ve done differently. Maybe I need to learn how to be content, but for now, I’m just really excited to have a fresh blank canvas with the new house. I already have so many design ideas, and I can’t wait to share them with you guys.
